5 Ways to Show Gratitude

We all are going through tough times and it has become extremely important to be grateful for what we have. It has become utterly important to show gratitude to yourself and the people around you. I am pretty sure we will get through these uncertain times very soon. For the same, I came here to share 5 ways, using which you can show gratitude to this world. And these are my personal ways that I use to show gratitude.

Be respectful to the people around you

No matter how much you hate the other person, always show respect to them. This way they are unable to paint a negative image about you. I would highly request you to practice this for a week and you will see the visible results for sure. And do not do it with a bad heart, show respect to them with all the good intentions that come directly from your inner self.

First, listen to the other party/person

When you want to show gratitude to others, you need to listen to them first. You just can't make assumptions about the other person just like that. Also, you need to stop believing what others say about that person. You should always figure it out yourself first. And the best solution for this is to get vocal with that person. If you will listen to another party first, you then take the stage to speak what you feel. That is how this entire process works!

Never ever complain

Tie this as a knot if you wish to live a happy and healthy life - NEVER COMPLAIN. By complaining you won't be able to connect with the divine powers of the universe. You must be grateful for everything you have. Just imagine that someone out there dreams to have a life you are already living. Complaining also means that you are doubting yourself and the plans God has for you. To be precise here, just go with the flow.

Just love yourself

This is very basic to show gratitude - to love yourself. You need to thank your body for being there for you whenever needed. You must sit down for at least 15 minutes each day to meditate and think only good things about yourself. There are numerous hidden talents in all of us. When you meditate, you are able to find those and then, start working on them. This will make you extremely happy from within.

Jadoo ki Jhappi always work (a tight hug)

You know when I feel low, I reach out to my mom and ask for a tight hug. This releases all the negativity from my mind. You feel secure when you hug a person very close to you. The feeling is way too different and you literally feel like you are in heaven. I would say, give a tight hug to all your family members at least once a week. See how they wear a bright smile each day then. Thank me later!
