Should you have a Morning Skincare Routine?

Who doesn't want to own healthy and glowing skin? For that matter, it is important to follow a good skincare regime each day.
Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing great and thank you so much for stopping by. As you read the intro of this post, we are going to talk about why you should actually follow a morning skincare routine. Excited? Well, I am.

See, the foremost thing is, when we talk about our skin or body, what is the best way to keep it healthy? By eating right? By working out regularly? By using apt products according to our skin type? Yes, that is correct. To help your skin breathe, it is vital to include a morning skincare routine in your life. Let us find out few pointers on why one should do this.
  1. if you follow a skincare regime, your skin will be free from impurities that might be sitting on it for so many hours.
  2. You must keep moisturizing your skin on an hourly basis as that does not allow your skin to get dry, which is very common during this summer season.
  3. It might be a challenge for the lazy bugs who are reading this post, but trust me, once you start with a regime, you will surely going to experience a difference in the texture of your skin.
  4. Having a skincare routine and that too in the morning is essential because it just wakes you up. Your skin needs a splash of water alarm every morning to feel it is the next day now.
  5. It is not necessary to apply a whole lot of products at one go. You can seriously divide the usage of products on the weekly basis.
  6. I do not recommend you use a face scrub each day. You can use the same just twice a week and you are good to go.
  7. A simple morning skincare routine includes a face wash, toner and a moisturizer. That is it! Okay, you can add a lip balm if you wish the lips to be moisturized too.
  8. Also, before leaving the house, just apply sunscreen for 10 minutes before.
  9. The entire morning skincare routine hardly takes 5 minutes of your time. Common, you can sphere that much time from your busy schedule? I guess this is right.
  10. It is totally up to you if you wish to follow a night skincare routine. But I would advise you to at least take off your makeup, apply toner and night cream. This shall too take 3-4 minutes.
