COVID-19, as the term hits the mind, says a lot of negative things. We all are praying each second of our lives that this problem disappears from our lives soon. Our doctors and scientists are working day and night to get out the best possible treatment for this virus.

To ease your stress level, today, I have come up with 5 tips, which you can actually use to fight with COVID 19 in a very natural way.

A glass of hot water a day, keeps Corona away!

It might surprise you but this simple remedy actually works. It will not only help you fight with COVID 19, but also, it will help you shed those extra kilos. In my opinion, drinking hot water 4-5 times a day is more than enough.

Steam it baby, steam it!

As the symptoms of this virus are very much similar to what we experience when we have cold or cough, steam is the best solution. Take steam twice a day and you are good to go.

Let’s try some natural home remedy as well

In the ancient times, people used to prepare ‘kadha’ everyday in order to fight with many diseases. It is made by infusing all the popular spices in hot water and boil it for some time. Just like you, even my taste buds are fighting with me now and then. I too get indulged in eating my favorite dishes by ordering online. But, not to forget, for the time being it is harmful for you and your family as well. Just stay at home and eat healthy! Once this is over, we will surely go out together. Pinky promise!
