Hey guys!

I hope you are doing great and thanks for your visit. Today, I am going to talk about a book, which came to me few months ago. Due to my health issues, I was unable to read the complete book. I was reading this book in pieces but finally I am done with the same.

My take on the book 'Harappa- Curse of the Blood':
Harappa is the book, which takes you on a tour. A tour of history with a touch of modernity. The book jumbles up between the past and the present throughout. The strong and unique content of this book is the USP. The author has used simple language with lots of detailing, which a reader loves. For any beginner reader, this book won't act like a burden.

It is a story of a man, Vidyut, who is in early 30s. He is a human being who is blessed with super powers that even he was not aware of. He was much happy with his family, including his wife and a son, Manu. But Vidyut was completely unaware of the fact what has destiny stored in for him. One day, suddenly, he was summoned by his ancestor to Varanasi. He landed there after telling the truth to his wife.

The city of Harappa is beautifully portrayed by the author side by side. He has been pouring the essence of being in that city continuously through his marvelous work. Each character in the story is shaped according to the situations as the story went on.

I am really not a fan of reading history but if you are then go for this book. You will totally love it. I read this book in pieces because somehow I was not able to build that interest to read history. If you are someone who loves reading ancient stories, then this book is just for you.
