M.A.C Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour – Dance with Me; To Matte with Love: Review, Swatch, LOTD

Hello girlies! I hope you all doing great and thank you for stopping by.

Today’s post is all about the matte lip shades, which I personally love to wear. And when we talk about the brand M.A.C, you set high standards in your minds that the product will surely come out to be the great.

To be frank with all of you, till now, M.A.C never failed to impress me. The cherry on the top here is that I simply love the matte texture on my lips. I am not a lover of glossy or semi-matte lip shades at all.

Anyhoo, without wasting more time, let me dive right into the review.

Price & Quantity: Rs. 2200/- for 5 ml

Availability: Online and offline stores

My experience with M.A.C Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour – Dance with Me; To Matte with Love:

The product comes in a cylindrical shaped plastic container with a twisted cap. The cap is further attached with an applicator, using which the product is applied on the lips. I agree that the price tag is on the expensive side but I guess, it is worth buying on these babies.

The texture of the product is smooth on application, which takes some time to settle down and gives you the rich and glamorous matte finish, at the end. The product never dries up, being a matte lippie as this is liquid based product.

I have always been fond of such texture of finish. I got 2 lip shades from the same range. I will be talking about them individually. So let us start with the same.

To Matte with Love: This luscious pink shade is hell gorgeous! It holds many hues of the pink shade, which looks super awesome with traditional attires. In order to carry a casual look, slip into a pair of jeans and simple top. Add earrings to compliment that look and some accessories, like watch or bracelet as well. For the makeup, keep it light by applying light kajal and a stroke of an eye-liner. Do your eye-brows well and apply this lip shade. You will look like a BOMB, I swear!

Dance with Me: And this shade is a pure hottie. This looks best with short dresses, particularly black, and you are done, like good to go. That dark side of this shade showcases hues of maroon and little bit of dark brown as well. I always wear this shade with my favorite set of short dresses and in return, I get so many compliments one can imagine.

Overall, all the shades from this range are to die for. I would highlight recommend you to give these a try, at least for once.
