Dear Zindagi: Movie Review

Hey guys! I hope you all are doing great and thanks for your visit.

In today's post, I am going to review my current favorite movie, DEAR ZINDAGI. Being a die-hard SRKian, I could not resist myself from watching it last Saturday. I have been running like a mad girl with my life right now so thought to give a break and pamper myself. And it is but obvious that I won't skip watching my SRK's movie at any cost.

I went to see only SRK but it disappointed me to experience that his role is really short. Though he played the most important character of the film but I wanted to see more of SRK. Anyways, I went to watch Dear Zindagi thrice in cinema halls, so I can't complaint.

Dr. Jehangir Khan (Shah Rukh Khan) is playing a role of a psychologist in the movie. He seems to be sorted in his life but even he is sad as far as his personal life is concerned. He doesn't show the same throughout the movie as he is the guide of Alia Bhatt in Dear Zindagi. The maturity level in SRK's character is well defined. His look is super sexy and hot, thanks to Gauri Shinde. What the most amazing thing I like about his character is he has answer to every question Alia asked him. I really wish I have a guide like him in my life.

Kaira (Alia Bhatt) is a girl next door who is doing very well in her career. She is perfect at her work, which is a camera person. She has a dream to shoot her own film one day and she struggles throughout to get through that one project. She looks chilled out but miserable at heart. Being neglected by parents for almost 6 years and broken relationships are the reasons she went to Dr. Jehangir Khan, whose name has been cut short to JUG. Kaira is struggling with her relationships. She is scared that like her parents, everybody will leave her, sooner or later.

There are 4 handsome hunks in the movie, to whole Kaira is dating in the film. Sid (Angad Bedi) is the first guy. Kaira is in relationship with him but as usual Sid doesn't spend time with Kaira. Second sexy boy is Raghuvendra (Kunal Kapoor). Raghu is like a boss to Kaira but is madly in love with him. Third boy will be a surprise for you as I was to see him in the movie. Rumi (Ali Zafar) is that guy. He looks super sexy, hot and romantic being paired up with Kaira. Finally, the 4th one is gumnaam (no name) (Aditya Roy Kapoor).

Basically, the movie is about life. It teaches you some amazing life lessons, which will further help you to love your Zindagi. I could realte myself with Kaira as our lives are very similar to each other. Maybe, that is why I loved the movie. There were sections which were not necessary but when it is SRK, I am OK with everything.

Rating: 4/5
